The Context
ZP Primary School, Damalvadi, is the only school facility for the village. With a population sex ratio of ~450 females per 550 males, providing safe, dignified education infrastructure is critical for encouraging female literacy.
The school was established in 1956 with 2 classrooms. While repairs were done via public contribution in 1995 and two rooms were sanctioned in 2016, the infrastructure has now failed.
⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY ALERT
The two original classrooms (1956) are in extremely dangerous condition with deep wall cracks and weak roofs. They could collapse at any time, posing a direct threat to the lives of 25 children and 2 teachers.
This is not an upgrade request—it is an emergency intervention to prevent a tragic accident or school closure.
