Mazisheti Shetkari Pratishthan is implementing a community-led Lift Irrigation Project in Savlaj, Sangli, Maharashtra. The project involves installation of a 7,219 ft underground pipeline with a vertical lift of 116 ft to provide reliable irrigation access to farmers located on a ridge-line agricultural zone.
This project will improve agricultural productivity, create employment opportunities, increase groundwater recharge, strengthen climate resilience, and support long-term rural development.
